Go behind the scenes at Lydgate Farms on Kauai and experience the fascinating world of honeybees. Your expert guide will introduce you to a working beehive where you’ll learn all about the life of a honeybee, how honey is made, and why these pollinators are so important to our ecosystem. You’ll even get to safely suit up in protective gear and see the bees up close. Afterward, enjoy a guided honey tasting, sampling rare and unique honeys sourced both locally and from around the world.

Held in a special corner of Lydgate Farms never before open to the public, this tour is a perfect way to get deeper into your knowledge of Hawaiian agriculture, learning new and fascinating things about the universally cherished sweetener — honey!
