Ride the Long Spear Valley Rim!

Kohala UTV Adventure grants you unique access to untouched Hawaiian landscapes, steeped in the history and legends of the ancient civilization that flourished there.

Join us on a guided tour along the rim of the northern-most of Kohala’s seven valleys: the Valley of the Long Spear, Pololū.

Comfortably seated in your 5-seat Off-Road “Utility Task Vehicle” (UTV), we will explore makai (towards the sea) through the lush pastures of a working cattle ranch before we climb mauka (towards the mountains) into the cool, misty embrace of the forest filled with the sounds of cascading streams.

Disclosures:
Drivers must be 21+ years and have a valid driver’s license. Minimum passenger age is 5 years.
Must be able to walk short distances over uneven ground and sit upright for an hour+ of ride time.
This tour is not suitable for people with bad backs and necks, or expecting mothers.

What to Bring:
Long pants are recommended, but shorts also work fine. Wear comfortable walking shoes or boots that you don’t mind getting dirty. No slippers, flip-flops, or sandals.
Bring a light jacket, a towel, and a change of clothing.
Plan to get wet, muddy, and/or dusty.

What’s Provided: Bandana, helmet, goggles, rain poncho (if needed), water, and a light snack

Cancellation Policy:
A 72-hour cancellation policy applies for 100% of the ticket price. Cancellations made outside of 72 hours are refundable, less a one-time processing fee of $30
