• Cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours of flight time. For groups of 12+ people, a 1 week notice is required.
• Ages 10+ yrs for the “doors-off” flights.
• Flight routes and sights may vary due to weather conditions.
• Check-in time is 30 minutes before flight times and is required.
• Weight Restrictions: A comfort seat charge applies if a single passenger weighs 240 lbs or more, if two passengers have a combined weight of 420 lbs or more, or if groups of three or more have an average weight of 200 lbs per person or more. An additional seat must be purchased at the time of booking if any of these weight limits are exceeded. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all our passengers.
